Course Overview
The Ofqual-Regulated ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business (RQF) is an established course for learners who wish to develop key management skills and gain a basic understanding of business skills within the workplace. The course builds on the knowledge and understanding of key business structures, and introduces learners to basic concepts in leadership, team working and market analysis, equivalent to an A Level course.
It is ideal for those with an interest in business, entrepreneurship, school leavers and for those seeking an accredited qualification in business administration, sales, customer service and/or marketing. It's the perfect qualification for students looking for an alternative, non-exam pathway into university or onto further professional training.
You will learn about the operation and structure of businesses, their aims and objectives and the wider business context. You will also acquire hands-on experience in creating market research, teamwork, leadership and professional communication skills in a corporate environment.
ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business can also be called ATHE Level 3 Diploma in Business (RQF), Level 3 Business Qualification, ATHE Level 3 Business Diploma or Level 3 Business (RQF) Qualification.
This qualification has a total of 60 RQF credits and is part of the International Access Programme (IAP) suite and provides progression onto ATHE Level 4 and Level 5 diplomas, or a combination of RQF credits that can be used to provide direct progression to a university degree in business, management, accounting and finance.
It can facilitate the transition to entry and operational level Business Administration, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing and Team Support positions based on prior experience and qualifications.
Earn a business qualification that is equivalent to an A-Level and is recognised by Ofqual, without any exams, and develop the key leadership and research skills needed for the workplace, while earning flexible RQF credits that can be transferred to higher education and to a range of business careers.
