The NCFE CACHE Level 2 Award in Nutrition and Health (RQF) is designed to understand what nutrition is, how it impacts health and why it is important to maintain a healthy diet overall. A healthy diet refers to incorporating nutrients and eating a balanced meal. Every single person must attempt to eat healthily. If you want to minimise the risk of health conditions and diseases, maintaining a healthy diet throughout your life will help. A primary reason why people struggle with health conditions is their inability to maintain healthy eating and nutrition.

The NCFE CACHE level 2 Award in Nutrition and Health will discuss key topics at length such as food and nutrition information for a healthy diet, nutritional needs of an individual, and exploring the principles of healthy eating. Nowadays, it is not only the older generation that are facing health issues, even young people appear to have health problems. This could be a direct result of unhealthy eating and not enough intake of nutrition.
