This exam in COBIT® 5 Assessor is aimed at IT professionals involved in the assurance, security, risk, privacy/compliance and the management of information and IT systems. All you need to take this highly recognised and demanded qualification is a certificate in COBIT® 5 foundation, as this exam will manifest your knowledge and skills in implementing process assessment and analysing results to come up with clear outcomes for process capabilities. Learners should be age 19 or over, and must have a basic understanding of Maths, English, and ICT.
Should have successfully completed the COBIT® 5 foundation exam
It is recommended to have a certificate in COBIT® 5 Assessor training course

The exam format is as follows:

Objective testing
8 questions per paper with 10 marks available per question
40 marks or more required to pass (out of 80 available) - 50%
2 ½ hours duration
Open book, Using COBIT® 5 books only. (‘COBIT 5 Assessor Guide: Using COBIT 5’ and ‘COBIT Process Assessment Model’)
