Overview

The goal of management accounting is to provide managers with financial information in order to enable them to manage an organisation more effectively. The Diploma in Management Accounting – Level 4 course is perfect for individuals working in management accounting and involved in a series of decision making activities. The course will cover key management accounting topics including linear programming, budgeting techniques, budgetary control and cost accounting.
