Overview

The course in NCFE Fitness Training Level 2 will give you the opportunity to acquire the skills and knowledge to gain an effective understanding of fitness instructions in the context of fitness-based exercises, water-based exercises, and music based exercises for adults as well as physical activity for children. This qualification will give you access to the Register of Exercise Professionals upon completing it. You can gain employment in the fitness industry, and the opportunity to enhance your status within the sector. The course will equip you with a fundamental understanding of set principles and values in the industry, team-building skills, reflective learning, positive attitude, self-discipline and the ability to explore various elements of fitness training.

The NCFE Fitness Training Level 2 course will teach you to focus on fitness instructing, planning sessions, working with groups and clients in specific locations. Getting certified in this course will make you a recognised candidate, marketable in the fitness instructing sector, and open the door to gaining exciting employment opportunities in multiple roles.

In order to qualify for the program (Awarding Body Registration) you will need to make the payment of £119 (Inc. VAT) and submit a completed application form that will be provided to you. This form should be provided to us within a month of enrolment along with the following;
  • Proof of educational qualifications
  • You must provide an identification document such as a passport or a driving license.
Upon submission of the documents, your application will be reviewed. If you fail to meet the entry requirements of the program your application will not be accepted.
To complete this course successfully, learners will need to complete 4 mandatory units and 2 optional units from the chosen pathway. Internally assessed and externally moderated portfolio of evidence. Each learner is required to create a portfolio of evidence which demonstrates achievement of all the learning outcomes and assessment criteria. Additionally, £319 (Inc. VAT) is charged for your assessment and certificate. You need to pay this when you are submitting your assessments only (It is not required to pay initially when you are registering). This payment can be paid in installments when you are submitting your assessments.

Once you successfully complete this course, you will be awarded the Level 2 NCFE Certificate in Fitness Training.
Once you successfully complete the course in Level 2 NCFE Fitness Training, you will gain an accredited qualification. You can use this certification to demonstrate your expertise in the fitness industry. You have a career pathway in sports, public services, and the travel sectors. Learners who complete this course can progress to the Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training. You could benefit from increased opportunities in the fitness industry. As a Fitness Instructor, you could earn £13,000 to £20,000 per year Freelance Instructor can earn up to £20 per hour Duties of a Fitness Instructor;
