Once you’ve purchased your course and access the learning portal, you’re ready to start the course. All the learning material is sent to your device, and can be found in the learning portal. Everything is done online, including exams, any assignments, and tutor support. You can access the learning portal 24 hours a day.

Exams are included with some courses, and for other courses you will need to pay a small examination fee, or purchase an official exam elsewhere. Please check the relevant course page to see if the exam is included or not. For further support or if you have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
You will have 365 days access to the course, but can move through the material as fast or slow as you wish. Many factors can dictate how long a course will take, from the speed at which you take in the information, to how much course material there is. If you have any questions about how long a course takes on average, speak to one of our course experts who can advise you accordingly.
Yes, Global Edulink courses lead to accreditation from different international awarding bodies (Please see the course page of relevant course for further information). Also, Global Edulink courses provide a Certificate of Completion which is recognised throughout the industry.
Tutor contact information is posted on course websites. Email the Tutor as often as it takes to work through issues, and take advantage of their office hours.
Just because you’re taking online courses does not mean you’re in it alone. Many courses incorporate discussion boards, wiki areas, and chat rooms to encourage student-to-student and student-to-instructor interaction.
Research shows that those pursuing online education may actually interact more with their classmates and instructor than they would in a face-to-face lecture. Communication is vital in the online learning experience.
As the course is fully online you can work at your own pace.
Global Edulink provide successful learners with an e-certificate for free (this excludes awarding body courses and free courses).
We do charge for the printed certificate, which is unfortunately something we have to do to cover the cost of delivery, printing, and such. Kindly note that it usually takes 2-4 weeks in order to process the certificate and get it delivered.
If you have successfully passed the final exam, please follow the below process in order to get your E-Certificate.
1.Mark all units as complete.
2.Click on the option “Finish course”.
3.Go to the option “Stats”.
There you will find a certificate icon.

If you need a hard copy of the certificate, you need to pay an additional £30 for UK students and £40 for International students. Kindly note that it usually takes 2-4 weeks in order to process the certificate and get it delivered.

After making payment you will receive your login details via email (within 48 hours). The email will include your login details, and step-by-step instructions of how to login. If you have any problems do not hesitate to contact our support team – Contact Us.
Within 48 hours you will receive your login details, and can begin the course.
Click on “Stats”. When the page loads click on the course name, and finally clock on “Start Course”. This will take you to your first tutorial.
Your 365 days of access to the course begins after you receive your login details.
Yes, you can change your password by clicking on “forgot password” option on the login page. Then enter your username and click “reset password”. We’ll send you an email with instructions on how to change your password.
You cannot change the login email once the account is created (you could change the reference email if needed). This is because the login is already created and in order to change the login details we need to recreate a new account for you.

You do not need to install any particular software but try using Google Chrome.

Can I take the mock exam several times?
Yes, you can take the mock exam up to 3 times. But the final exam you can only take once. Please make sure you complete all units before attending the exams.
Our refund policy is as follows: our cancellation period is 14 days. Any purchase cancelled within 14 days of payment will be eligible for a full refund (unless you have started the course). Once you begin the course, you are no longer eligible for a full refund, even if you ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.
