What are Live Online Classes?

Live Online Classes are an extension of Global Edulink classroom training. They allow you to
enjoy all the benefits of instructor led classroom training from the comfort of your home or
office. A live Tutor will teach online in real time, and will be able to communicate with
you via message, voice, video, whiteboard. You will also be able to communicate with other
learners, and will participate in all classroom activities over a live connection on your

The enrolment process for Global Edulink Live Online Classes is exactly the same as all of
our other courses. To find which class you would like to attend simply visit our Live Online
Class List. Live Online Classes will be designated as such in the location column. Simply
check the corresponding box and follow the instructions to enrol on the class.

Yes, we offer both public and private classes utilising Live Online Classes training.

After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will outline
the requirements that are necessary to attend the class, and will have instructions or links
that allow you to test your system prior to class.

You can also visit the Testing Your System page for instructions and links to
test your system.

For an even richer experience, take Live Online Classes with a dual monitor setup or on two
computers. This allows you to watch your instructor’s presentation on one monitor while
practicing new techniques on the other.

After enrolling, you will receive a confirmation email, with a link to the Attend Class Remotely
. Simply click the link enter your email address and password 15 minutes before
class begins.

Live Online Classes work with all major browsers, including Internet Explorer, Chrome,
Safari, and Firefox.

Students attending Live Online Classes will receive their course materials prior to the
start of class. Courseware format will be either digital (distributed via email) or printed
(arriving via mail).

Students can ask questions of their instructor (or classmates) in the same way they would be
able to if they were sitting in class. It also provides an instant messaging feature that
allows seamless two way transfer of web links, text, and other data between student and

No problem. We record every online class and upload them to the LMS. You will have access to
these recordings for as long as you’re subscribed or for the duration of your course.

We strongly recommend that you try to attend online class as the classes are fun, engaging
and more enjoyable than watching recordings. Also, you can ask questions in real time, which
may not be asked by any other students, and will have a richer learning experience. However,
if you can’t attend live online class, of course watching the recordings is the next best

help desk should you have any queries about your course, and you can call us at any time.

Yes, upon course completion, a Mock & Final exam/assignments will be made available in the
student portal.

Yes, Global Edulink courses lead to accreditation from different international awarding
bodies (Please see the relevant course page for further information). Also, Global Edulink
courses provide a Certificate of Completion which is recognised throughout the industry.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your course and receive a full refund, we require at least 10
business days prior to the course start date for Classroom and Virtual Classroom events.

business days will not be eligible for a refund, although a friend or relative may attend
