Halloween is a candy extravaganza in America, and wins the prize for the highest candy sales. On average, Americans buy 90 million pounds of chocolate for this one spooktacular day of feasting. Luckily, trick or treating will burn off some of the chocolate and sweets you eat, but just in case you’ve over indulged this year, we are highlighting three of our courses that can help you get fit!

Diploma in Diet, Exercise and Fitness: Changing Body Composition – Level 3

To achieve noticeable results, it is important to take diet into consideration, as well as exercise. This course combines all three, giving you guidance on diet, exercise, and overall fitness. With the tools to understand body composition, nutritional needs, digestion, food labels, and micronutrients, you will be able to become your own fitness coach. Learners will come away from the course armed with knowledge that will help shape their fitness journey, and could also help form a career in the health and nutrition industry.

Diet and Nutrition Diploma – Level 3

Fitness is 20% what you do in the gym, and 80% what you eat, so diet is crucial. This course is a complete guide to diet and nutrition, and will provide you with essential life skills, and the ability to truly nourish your body. Understand ingredients, how we store fat, how our bodies build muscle, why organic ingredients are important, and the small ingredients which can have a powerful effect. Not only can this course help you to get healthy, it can also help you to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry, so if you hope to become a nutritionist, this course will be extremely helpful.
