The ITIL® 4 Foundation Classroom course is suitable for anyone with an interest in IT service management. The course is also geared for IT Managers and Project Managers

  • ♦ You need to be at least 16 years old
  • ♦ You should have a basic grasp of English, Maths and IT

This is a 2-day training with the exam conducted on the 2nd day.

You have two options:

♦ The first option is to take the exam in the classroom on the second half of the 2nd day

♦ The second option is to take the exam online when it is convenient and when you feel prepared.

ITIL® 4 Foundation Examination – key information

♦ Multiple choice examination questions

♦ 40 questions

♦ 26 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) – 65%

♦ 60 minutes’ duration

♦ Closed book.

All learners who successfully pass the exam will be awarded a ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate.
