The CMI Level 7 Award in Strategic Approaches to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (RQF) helps senior professionals develop a strategic approach to building fairer, more inclusive organisations. Awarded by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) and regulated by Ofqual, this qualification is designed for leaders who want to make equality, diversity and inclusion a meaningful part of organisational strategy.
Through this Level 7 equality, diversity and inclusion course, you'll explore structural inequality, relevant legal requirements such as the Equality Act 2010, and the moral, financial and legal arguments for improving workplace inclusion. You'll also learn how to establish strategic priorities and develop a plan to put them into practice. The award is suited to practising and aspiring senior managers, directors, chief executives and HR leaders. You don't need to work in HR to benefit from this qualification.
