Learners will explore the English Legal System, Contract Law, Legal Terminology and Communication, and Academic and Research Skills for Law. They will also develop an understanding of legal principles, courts and legislation, legal documents, legal research, and communicating legal information effectively.
The Level 3 Diploma in Law (RQF) is also known as Level 3 Law Diploma, Level 3 Law Qualification, and Level 3 Diploma in Law.
After completing the course, learners may progress to the ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma in Law, followed by the Level 5 Extended Diploma in Law, with opportunities to progress towards a university degree programme, subject to the relevant requirements.
The knowledge and skills gained can support progression towards roles such as Paralegal, Legal Secretary, Legal PA, and Arbitrator, depending on experience and additional requirements.
