The course provides senior-level knowledge in strategy, change management, risk and people leadership, helping learners build the confidence and credentials needed for board-level responsibility.
This course is suitable for senior managers, directors and specialist managers in areas such as finance, marketing or HR who want to move into senior leadership. It is also ideal for anyone working towards a CEO or director-level role.

After completing the course, learners may progress towards Chartered Manager status or continue to further Higher Education study, such as a Master's degree or an MBA, depending on their existing qualifications and future goals.
