I feel the same comment as all have said disappointed to find that you have to pay £24.99+vat for certificate especially if like the last I received printed on copy paper not even on high gloss paper all for £24.99. This was not mentioned at the beginning of the course and I paid £69.00+VAT expensive course for its content. Just trying to get my online copy of certificate now which is a challenge to say the least.

A lot of US content which was not made clear on booking the course through a UK website! Very poorly worded exam, including typos. I have not received the e-certificate. Overall I would not book through this website again.
