ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management

The course will be directly delivered to you, and you have 12 months access to the online learning platform from the date you joined the course.  The course is self-paced and you can complete it in stages, revisiting the lectures at any time.

Qualifications

For learners who have recently been in education or training the entry profile is likely to include one of the following:

• A first degree in Business, Management or related subjects or a level 6 qualification for example an ATHE Diploma in Management
• Other equivalent international qualifications.

Language

For those whom English is not their first language we recommend the following standards of proficiency in English language skills or an approved equivalent for this qualification:

• IELTs 5.5
• Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) B2
• Cambridge English Advanced (CAE) 162 or above
• Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic 42-49

In order to successfully complete the ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management, learners must complete all 8 units to attain 120 credits. Learners must then select one of four pathways, from Finance, Marketing, Managing People, and International. Learners will be assessed according to the following points received,

• Pass: 360 – 434
• Merit: 435 – 554
• Distinction: 555 – 600

Upon the successful completion of this course, learners will be awarded the Certificate for ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management.

Once you complete the ATHE Level 7 Extended Diploma in Strategic Management, you will gain an accredited qualification that will provide the pathway to enter an MBA top-up programme in a number of recognised Universities in the UK. Learners can progress to the following,

Entry into:

• Employment or increased opportunities in your current job role
• Larger qualification at the same level
• MBA top-up Programme at some universities and claim exemptions for some of the completed units (MBA top-up typically takes 9 months, depending on the university you apply for)
