Learners should be over the age of 19, and must demonstrate one of the following:

  • Learners who have no formal management qualifications but have several years of experience and have completed formal training in similar positions.

The Level 5 Award in Management Coaching and Mentoring qualification consists of one mandatory unit. To pass this course the learner must have successfully passed all the assessment criteria. The purpose of assessment is to ensure that effective learning has taken place to give learners the opportunity to:

    A Comprehensive Course!

    Comprehensive course. Good range on topics. Tutor support was excellent with prompt feedback. The course material was based at a level that gave enough information to manage but encouraged the user to seek out further information for themselves. The time given to complete the course was sufficient. Working at your own pace is extremely beneficial and allows the user to complete the course while having other commitments.  I have recommended this organisation and in particular this course to several of my friends.
