Early development in children is something that is spoken about a lot today. Even in the case of development and childcare education there is a lot that is happening right now that needs to be given importance. Even pre-school childcare looks to monitor, aid, and enhance individual development. So much so that early years’ childcare is often referred to as pre-school care, not just a supervisory function. Parents want more for their children. As a result of this, nurseries and other childcare centres have increased their education’s standards as well as the facilities that they offer considerably to bring in more parents. They also happen to support child development better. There is a growing need for the formalised nature of early education with staff that are highly trained in order to maximise on the success of children who are still in pre-school. This can be seen with their classroom-style approach to learning. In classroom environments, children learn soft skills, motor skills, and accept various early years activities that promote personal growth.
Technology is making big changes in the connection between child and parent/carer
Peace of mind is a big factor that parents have to deal with when they leave their child in the care of others. Parents will also need to know that their child is happy and that they are going to be safe and well look for while they are away. Recent advancements in technology has made it easier for parents to connect with their children but also with any caregivers. Day-care facilities can now keep parents entirely in the loop with blogs, newsletters, and photographs. Caregivers can now report the progress of the child or any incident that happens with just a simple text message that includes images as well for clarity. Some facilities even offer live video streaming of children during the day for added satisfaction.
