Learners should be age 19 or over, and must have a basic understanding of Maths, English, and ICT.
The exam format is as follows:
- Online-proctored Official Exam by Axelos
- Multiple choice examination questions
- 40 questions
- 26 marks required to pass (out of 40 available) - 65%
- 60 minutes’ duration
- Closed book.
Upon the successful completion of the exam, learners will be awarded the ITIL® 4 Foundation Certification issued by AXELOS.
