Master in Agile Project Management
The AgilePM® Practitioner certification enables you to implement and adapt the AgilePM® v3 framework to practical projects. The certification extends the Foundation qualification and is targeted at the practical application of AgilePM roles, principles, lifecycle stages and practices together with Scrum to deliver flexible, adaptable projects that continually deliver value.
Throughout the course, you will follow a real case study (Ecolodge Panthera Resorts project) and undertake exercises at the practitioner level that simulate the challenges of real projects. You will learn how to create agile team structures, how to use MoSCoW prioritisation and story point estimates, how to create efficient delivery plans and how to adapt to change without losing control. The course covers scaling with different delivery teams, risk management, compliance in regulated environments, and refining your approach with the Project Approach Questionnaire.
Upon successful completion of this course and exam, you will receive a globally recognised certification that identifies you as a proficient agile project manager able to lead projects in volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) conditions.

Practitioner exercises are challenging but helpful. It was above Foundation level, but I loved the deep dive into team structures and leadership.
Ryan Barrett
This AgilePM® Practitioner course was just what I needed to get me from theory to practice. Exercises were brought to life with the Ecolodge Panthera case study, and the open-book exam prep was spot on. I am more confident now in my agile project management skills.
Frankie Owen
I took this course to improve our governance in an agile environment. It was as expected. Risk management, Project Approach Questionnaire, and customisation teachings were helpful. I already recommended this course to 2 members within the team.
Mell Lloyd
Great course! The intro to AgilePM and Scrum is clear and the sections on MoSCoW prioritising and multi-team working have changed the way my delivery team collaborate. I had good tutorship for the whole course.
